The Cost Types structure needs to be kept as simple as possible with names that are clearly understood by all departments of the organisation.

Manage Attribute Sets for the definition of user fields

Change the Financial End of Year calculation for Importing Actual Cost data.

Foresight is installed with the Financial EOY month being 30th of June. When Importing Actual Cost data from Conquest or a CSV file, the data is allocated to a year of the Project based on the Financial EOY.

Financial EOY can only be changed by using a database tool to change the value (preset to ‘06’) of tblSystem.Value, where tblSystem.Property = ‘Financial EOY’
