Option

Purpose

Map Setup

Allows either the selecting of an already mapped Asset to relate this Asset to or to assign child Assets to be related to this one.

Copy Down

Allows the copying of certain data from this Asset to its children. It is documented in How to Copy Down.

Cyclic Actions

Allows the management of the Cyclic Action for this Asset including starting previously un-started cycles.  Refer to Cyclic Actions for more info.

Split Asset

Runs the Split Asset function

Replace Asset

Replaces the current Asset with a selected proposed Asset.  For information on this function refer to Replace Asset

Retire Asset

Refer to How To Retire an Asset

Actions

Opens a list of all current uncompleted Actions for this Asset.

Completed Actions

Opens a list of all completed Actions for this Asset.

Defects

Opens a list of all Defects recorded for this Asset.

Completed Defects

Opens a list of all completed Defects assigned to this Asset.

Reports

Opens a list of reports that can be run using this Asset as the filter.

Logbook

Provides options to access the logbook that has been assigned to this Asset.   Logbooks are created from the insert menu and can be assigned to more than one Asset.  Refer to the section on Logbooks for more info.

Asset Transactions

Lists the details of the financial transactions performed on this asset.

Journal Entry

Opens the Journal Entry form on which the adjusted value, accumulated depreciation and accumulated capital works amounts can be entered as well as comments and the financial period for these adjustments.

Rollback Transactions

Opens the list of transactions from which the particular transaction(s) to be rolled back can be selected.  The roll back function is described here.

Asset Interfaces

Lists all Interfaces that have been configured for this Asset.
