Enhancements

Attribute Sets

Attribute Sets have been enhanced to support the new Standard Inspections.  In addition, user fields for Action Categories are now defined using Attribute Sets.  See the documentation on Attribute Sets for more detail on this function.

Standard Inspection

This additional type of inspection allows for the recording of a variety of inspections on aspects of the Asset other than Asset attributes.  See the following areas in the documentation for information on Standard Inspections:

Standard Inspections are supported in both variants of Conquest Mobile.

Risk Module

This version of Conquest II introduces a new Risk Module to assist with the use of Risk as one of the factors determining how Assets should be managed.  The Risk Module is an optional module and requires a licence from Conquest Solutions to be available to the user.

Replace Asset Function

The Replace Asset Function now includes the option to keep the existing Asset (i.e. the same Asset ID).  This option processes a disposal and New Works action on the existing  Asset.  See the documentation on Replacing Assets for more information.

Logbook Readings

The Logbook functionality now includes the recording of more than two readings.  See the documentation on Logbooks for more information.

Query Builder

      The Query Builder|*  System Option can be used to report on Asset Inspections based on Standard Inspections.

      There is new System Option which allows Administrators to set the number of rows above which the Query Builder will give the user a warning prior to executing the Query.

Conquest Mobile

A warning message is now displayed to inform the user of the consequence of clearing a download to Conquest Mobile.

Asset Explorer

The Asset Explorer now highlights the parent Asset in the LHS of the selected Asset in the RHS after the Find Tool used

Asset Type Form

The Asset Type form has been redesigned in line with other forms in the system.  See the documentation on Asset Types for more information.

Reports

A new sample Work Order has been added to the standard reports.  This sample shows a work order for an Action with multiple Defects. For more details see Upgrade Reports
