Asset Inspections are created when an Inspection is carried out based on a Standard Inspection. An Asset Inspection is essentially the data that is collected at the inspection as well as the date and time of the inspection and other minor information about the inspection.
The information contained in an Asset Inspection can be viewed by selecting the relevant Inspection on the Inspection Tab of the Asset form, and clicking the view button.
The example below shows a weekly inspection of a diesel generator.
Only the most recent Asset Inspection for a particular Asset can be edited. All others are Read-Only.
Asset Inspections can be created within Conquest, by using either Conquest Mobile Tablet PC Edition or through the use of the import function.
