Upgrade the Reports

New releases of Conquest II may contain new reports or updates to existing reports.  Since the Conquest Report file (Conquest Reports.mdb) will most likely contain client specific reports, this file is never modified during the installation process.  Therefore the latest version of all the Conquest, base reports is provided in a file called ‘cqReports.pch’ in the Reports folder, a subfolder of the application folder.  This file is provided, when the “Administrative Installation” option is selected during the Conquest II installation.

To upgrade the reports:

      In the newly upgraded Conquest II select “Tools>Administration>Install Patch”

      In the File Browser select the cqReports.pch file as described above

This procedure need only be done once after upgrading to the new version.
