How To Manage Users and Groups

Work with your IT Department to ensure that everyone in Asset Management has an Active Directory Account, belonging to an Active Directory Security Group, with the required file system and SQL Server permissions for Conquest. See Sql Server for details.

Usually you will set up two Security Groups:

      One for Users of Conquest

      One for Administrators of Conquest

Once you have your Users set up by the IT Department, add them into Conquest. See How To Manage Conquest Users for details.

Work with Conquest Support to make sure that you have properly configured records in the Conquest Services Portal for:

      Your Organisation

      You, the Conquest Administrator
