How To Manage Permission Groups

Simplify your management of Users by using Permission Groups that are suitable for the roles and skillsets of each Asset Management business unit.

      Select Accounts and Permissions in the Configuration section of the Navigation Window, to open the User Accounts Form, as you do for managing Users

      Click the New > Group Task

      Follow the steps for General Permissions, as described in How To Manage Conquest Users

      Assign; Object, Report and Facility permissions to each Permission Group as per How To Set Object, Report and Facility permissions

 Note: It may be necessary to create special “Overlap” groups to cater for individuals, who work across business units, or who have special abilities or projects.
