Set the Object permissions for the Account or Group as follows:
•For each of the eight types of data, select:
•Edit
•Read Only
•No Access
•Note: Permission on Defects is not set directly in the Object Permissions. It is based on the least restrictive of the Asset and Action permissions
•Tick the Reports that are suitable for the types of data that the Account has access to
•Tick the Facilities that contain the Assets, which the Account works with
