The Conquest Asset Register maintains Asset data in a Hierarchy to record the relationships of Assets, their fixed data, valuation data, organisation specific data (User Fields) and data about their management (Inspections, Defects, Actions and Requests).
The real data is underpinned with templates (metadata) in the form of:
•Asset Types
•Standard Defects
•Standard Actions
•Standard Inspections
•Organisation specific Attribute sets for the above four
All supplemented with lesser hierarchies and many picklists.
