These are Standard Lists of related data in the Defect Form, with columns preset by the Conquest Administrator. They operate similarly to Conquest Views. See How To Use The View Manager for more details on Views and Standard Lists.
For ease of use, click to collapse the Defect Form Tasks Panel, so the List Tasks Panel is clearly visible:
Right-clicking on an item in the list will provide the Primary Data Object Tasks Menu for it. See Primary Data Object Tasks for details.
