Primary Data Object Tasks

The Primary Data Objects are:

•      Asset

•      Action

•      Defect

•      Request

•      Inspection

When a Primary Data Object is opened in a Form, the functions and features that can be applied to it, are available in the Tasks Window, like a context sensitive menu:

The same menu is also available with a right-click on a Primary Data Object in:

•      Any Standard List

•      The Favourites List

•      The Recently Viewed List

•      The Asset Explorer
