Prerequisites

Conquest II 2.58 adopts the SQL Server Spatial Data component, which is not available in SQL Server 2005. Therefore an upgrade to SQL Server 2008 R2 may be required before the Conquest II Installation.

When upgrading from V2.57b2 or earlier, the “Administrator Installation” option must be ticked to get files for:

      Scripts for upgrading the database

      The Report Patch to be applied, post-installation, to rebuild the Conquest Reports. For more details see Upgrading Reports

Performance and Stability Enhancements

      A fix to the Copy / Paste Standard Action function, where default user fields were not copied

      A fix to the Copy / Paste Standard Defect function, where the Attribute Set and default Standard Action were not copied

      Fixed a problem saving a Request, when data entered in the text fields is longer than the allowed length

      Fixed a problem in the Filter module, when a Filter on Assets was generated for non-Administrators

      Fixed a permissions error that occurred, when non-Administrators imported Actions

      Added a check to prevent the creation of Valuation Actions on non-Valuation Assets

      Fixed a problem that allowed non-Administrators to open an Action from a list, where they didn't have permissions  to open that Action as it wasn't in a Facility to which they had access

      Added a Validation that prevents manual changing of the measurement of a Valuation Asset to 0

      Fixed a problem, where the Insert Inspection menu was disabled, if the user had edit permissions on Standard Inspections but not on Assets

      Fixed a problem, when using the Find button on the Asset Selector (when assigning an Asset to an Action), which occurred when the search criteria returned more than one item, in which case nothing happened.  A message is now presented advising that this is the case

      Fixed a problem that occurred, when Completing an Action immediately after editing Action Costs, where the changes to the Costs were not saved
