Reports is where Categorised Reports are run from, set up in the Report Manager by the Conquest Administrator:

All of the Report Categories assigned to you by the Conquest Administrator are in the Navigation Window on the left side of Conquest III and the Reports they contain are available by clicking the Category Arrowhead or double-clicking the Category Name.
