Set up your “organisation specific data” as follows:

Step 1.   Click the Knowledge Base bar in the Navigation Window

Step 2.   Expand the Editors section

Step 3.   Click Attribute Sets. See Attribute Sets for details

Step 4.   Click one of the following Attribute Set sections:
