How To Maintain Action Attribute Sets

Set up your organisation specific Action data as follows:

Step 1.   Click on Knowledge Base in the Navigation Window

Step 2.   Click on Editors to expand the group

Step 3.   Click Attribute Sets

Step 4.   In the list of Attribute Sets, expand Actions

Step 5.   To create a new Action Attribute Set:

      Right-click on Actions then New Attribute Set, or

      From an Attribute Set already open in the Editor, click the New > Attribute Set Task

User Fields

There are five sets of data, by type:

      Text

      Number

      Date

      Check

      List fields

Define your organisation specific Action data; up to 30 each of, by giving labels, or selecting a Picklist:

      Expand a data type

      Click in the Label field and give a name

      For Lists, select from the available picklists

      Click Save

To edit an existing Action Attribute Set, select it then click the Edit Task

      Make your changes

      Click Save
