Exclusions:
• You cannot create Adhoc Defects, so having an up to date set of Standard Defects for the types of Assets you intend to use Conquest 4 Mobile with, is most important. If you have a business requirement to record Adhoc Defects, use Conquest III to create a Standard Action called something like “Adhoc Defect” in the Asset Type Hierarchy, at the root of the Asset Type branches you are working with, and use that for creating the equivalent of Adhoc Defects
• Having created a Defect, you cannot assign a different Standard Defect to it
• You cannot Delete a previously related Action from a Defect
• You cannot Copy a Defect
• The Conquest III Element List is not available in Mobile Defects
Introduces a new, App Version numbering system, more in keeping with Google and Apple Store Apps, where the first part is the year of release and the second is the App’s release number.
• The Conquest System Option ‘Hide New Request Task’ is implemented, so that an organisation can stop Conquest 4 Mobile from creating Customer Requests
• The New Document function allows the selection of files other than images
• Fixed a technical issue with the performance of the Mobile App Stash.
More functionality:
• The Mobile Environment consists the API and a Database Connection that have been registered in Conquest Services with the Management Console then selected in Conquest 4 Mobile at Login. For this release the optimal API version is 2.0.6
The following warning indicators are displayed, if either of the API and Database Connection has NOT been registered as Production:
• On the Login Form the Connect Button is an orange colour instead of green
• The Mobile Forms show a warning symbol; an orange triangle icon with an exclamation mark. This icon can be tapped, to select a different Mobile Environment
• Fixed a problem, where the Calculated Condition was not always displayed in the Asset Form
• Fixed a problem, where the View List was empty immediately after Login
More functionality:
• The Asset Form now provides:
• Condition calculation for both Condition Types:
• Weighted Average
• Condition Distribution (%)
• Manual Condition selection
• The Asset Form, now excludes the changing of Asset Type. This feature will be fully instated and aligned with Valuation Rules, in a later version
More functionality:
• The Request Form for new and existing Requests
•Request Views are available to work with
• The Action Form for new and existing Actions, excluding Valuation Actions and Log Book Actions:
•Excludes Adhoc Actions, so having a well developed set of Standard Actions for the types of Assets you will use Conquest 4 Mobile with, is most important
•Excludes the creation of Repeatable Actions, Cyclic Actions and Log Book Actions
• Excludes access to Estimates and Costs details
• Existing Repeatable Actions are available to work with and can be Completed, generating the next Action
• Existing Cyclic Actions are available to work with and can be Completed
• Existing Log Book Actions are available to work with but not to Complete
• Includes the Relate Request function
• Existing Diary Notes are integrated with the Action’s documents (images) in chronological order of entry. Diary notes are read only in this version, so new notes must be put in the Action Notes section

• Includes the ability to select the totals for Estimated and Actual Costs, if the Action has them
Note: Completed Actions do not yet have the “Ticked” icon in the Recent Items List

• Deleted Assets are now removed from the Recent Items List
•Recent Items are now being refreshed, when you start the App
