Resume or review recent work by clicking the item in the list, which can be a Conquest Object or Function:
To apply Tasks to a Recently Viewed List item that is one of the following Data Objects, right-click it for a Pop Menu of Tasks:
•Assets
•Defects
•Actions
•Requests
To move an item to the Favourites List:
•“Drag and Drop” it there unless the Favourites List is empty, in which case do the following
•Click on its Pin Icon
Things to be aware of:
The Recently Viewed List is in chronological order, newest at the top, so when the number of items becomes greater than the limit specified in the Personal Preference Options, Number of Recently Viewed option, the oldest item drops off the list.
