Requests

The Conquest Application includes a Customer Requests module in its functionality, for recording contacts from customers and staff. Once a Request is recorded, it can be linked to the Action Management tools to allow for tracking of work; from the initial Request, to creation and completion of Work Orders. Conquest Requests is also purchasable as a licensed module, to provide a low cost alternative to the full Conquest application, so that users dedicated to Customer Support duties can use “Request Only” mode Conquest.
