When the Run button is selected, a message will be displayed to warn the user if the result contains a large number of records. This message is triggered when the result exceeds the number of rows specified for the setting ‘Number of Rows in a Query that will generate a warning’. For more details refer to System Options
When the result of the query is displayed, the user will have access to all the options on the toolbar below.
