The Menu Options are laid out Horizontally, above the Button Bar. They are “Hot Keyed”, so you can use the Alt key and the underlined letter in their label, to open them. Most of the sub-items are also “Hot Keyed”, so it is possible to hold down the Alt key, press “F” then press “L”, to open the ‘Layer Control’ in one go before releasing Alt.
