Installation

Prerequisites:

      Your device must be a Tablet, Phablet or Phone with either of these operating systems:

      Android 6 or later

      iOS 8 or later, on a device with the Apple A7 ARM processor or later e.g. iPhone 5s or newer

      The most recent version of the API V2 must be installed or upgraded in your organisation’s network, from the Conquest Management Console, and be given a connection to the database you are working with. See Install The Conquest API - v2 for details.

      Things to be aware of:

      You can continue to use an earlier version of the API V2 but doing so may make some functionality unavailable in the Mobile App

      If you have version 1 of the API installed for the Work Planner, you can keep using it as well as API V2

Get the Mobile App:

      If you already have the Conquest Mobile App installed, you will be notified by Google or Apple to perform an Update. Sometimes the stores are slow to respond, so if the update doesn’t show, close and reopen the Store App

      First time install:

      From the Google Play Store by searching for “Conquest Solutions”, which will offer you the Conquest Mobile App to download and install. You can bypass the search by using this URL in Chrome, or from Slack: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=conquestsolutions.conquestmobile
