How To Set Up Resources

Standard Resources are used in the cost estimate section of an Action.  Standard resources are grouped as Labour, Equipment, Materials and Contractors.  The first three are set up in the Resource Library which is accessible from View > Resources.  The Contractors that have been set up in the View > Contractors part of Conquest II and marked to be a resource, will be listed in the Contractors section of the Resource Library.  The standard rates for each contractor can be configured here

In the labour section it is more common to use standard position titles rather than actual staff names as this removes any problems with privacy and with staff changing positions.

Any combination of these resources can be added to a task in the Action form, refer to these sections for more information; Adding Tasks to Actions, Job Steps and Creating an Action.
