The Update Estimate Rates Tool is accessed from the View >> Resources menu.
This Tool enables the increasing of unit rates, as set in the Resource Editor, by a set Percentage. Certain Actions or Standard Actions, that have resources assigned, can also be updated by the set percentage.
There are certain different options that can be selected when applying the update percentage to Actions/Standard Actions.
•No Actions/Unapproved Actions/Unissued Actions: - Only one of these options may be selected and the selection determines what Actions will be updated.
•Standard Actions: - Selecting this option will update all Standard Actions.
A Filter can be created for the Up-dater that will only update certain resources. The filter will be based on the Resource table – an example filter is shown below.
