Use the Relate Requests Task to open the following sub-Form. See Primary Data Object Tasks for details on using Tasks.
•If you know the exact Reference ID of the Request to be Related, enter it then click Find, or…
•If you know when the Request was created, enter the From Date and To Date then click Find, to produce a list of Requests, or…
•If you have a View of Requests set up, select it from the Available Filters picklist then click Find
•From the resulting list of Requests, select those that you want to relate the Action to
•Click OK
