Occasionally, it is useful for Conquest Solutions support staff to remotely connect to a customer’s workstation to assist with technical issues, troubleshooting and demonstrations. Conquest Solutions provide a small application called Conquest Quick Support to do this.
Conquest Quick Support is bundled with Conquest II and is also available for download from the Conquest web site.
Remote assistance can be organized during business hours with the assistance of a Conquest Support team member.
