The Risk Module requires the following configuration:
Step 1. Determine the system wide Consequences of Failure and their scoring systems
Step 2. Create the scoring systems in the Code Editor
Step 3. Create the Consequences of Failure, in the Code Editor, allocating them a scoring system and a weight to be used in the calculation of Criticality
Step 4. Setup the Risk Criticality and Risk Summary Code Sets in the Code Editor. Note that since Risk Summary takes into account the probability of failure, the range of the point scores for the Risk Summary Code Set should take this into account
