IT:
• This version requires:
• The Web Server to have the Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.7.1 or later, installed on it
• The Conquest Management Console updated with the latest version, 1.0.16
• Obtain the database script from the Management Console, Management Console Products, and apply it to your database(s)
• A minimum database version of 3.1, which is the target for upgrading Databases earlier then 3.1:
• If you don’t use CMTPC, or have CMTPC earlier than 4.0021, and if there is no problem with the paths for Standard Objects, use version 3.1
• If you intend to use CMTPC 4.0022, use version 3.2
• If you have experienced errors in using long path names to Icons for Standard Objects, use version 3.3
• Perform Refresh System Objects from the Management Console , on the Conquest database of the Conquest III web site being upgraded, by selecting the 3.4 Data Objects
• Client workstations that need to use the Outlook Mail Client for emails will require the Conquest Desktop Extender version 1.3 to be installed. The installer is available from the Conquest Downloads page here
•Note: The 1.02 and 1.3 versions of the Conquest Desktop Extender are compatible with each other
• Fixes
• The date string in the Sessions file no longer matches with the date being used in Conquest, causing log outs. This was initially attributed to incompatibility with Windows Server 2008, but later found to also be affecting other environments
• SignalR on the web server, which pushes changes out to clients, taking too long to connect to client sessions
• MS Windows 10 Build 1803 no longer allowing the Conquest email attachment cache to be used; stops the Issuing of Work Orders with attachments
