Importing Log Book Readings

You need to be familiar with the general rules on building CSV files for Bulk Data. See Setting up a CSV File|topic=Setting up a CSV File; document=Documents\Conquest III User Guide.docx.

Import new Log Book Readings as follows:

      Mandatory Columns

The first column must be either the LogbookID or the UserID (an external unique identifier such as a car registration number or the serial number of a meter)

      LogDate
Date and Time of the reading, where the Time part (optional) is in Hours and Minutes.

If there is an existing Reading for a Date and Time, and you have multiple Readings for the same date but no time, Conquest will start with the time of the latest existing Reading for the Log Book and add one second to it, per new Reading, so that they are unique

If there is no existing Reading for a Date, and you have multiple new Readings on the same day but no time, Conquest will create the Time parts with one second intervals per Reading, to make them unique

      Reading
The actual Reading

      Optional Columns

Other readings taken at the same time as the main reading, using column headings: OtherReading, Reading1, Reading2 up to Reading15See Log Books|document=Documents\Conquest III User Guide.docx;topic=Log Books for more details.
