Importing Inspections

You need to be familiar with the general rules on building CSV files for Bulk Data. See Setting up a CSV File|topic=Setting up a CSV File; document=Documents\Conquest III User Guide.docx.

Import new Asset Inspections (not to be confused with importing Condition Inspections or Defect Inspections) as follows:

•      Mandatory Columns

•      AssetID

•      StdInspectionID
The ID of the Standard Inspection as configured in the Knowledge Base

•      InspectionDate

•      Inspector

•      All of the User Fields that are configured as mandatory in a Standard Inspection’s attribute set

•      Optional Columns

•      Organisation

•      InspectionType

•      Any of the User Fields that are configured as optional in a Standard Inspection’s attribute set
