Step 1.   Open the Options Form from the Navigation Window, Configuration Panel:

Step 2.   Set your Personal Preferences in the first section, for the basic appearance and content of Conquest 3. This is available to both Users and Administrators:

Step 3.   You can see and use all of the other sections, only if you are an Administrator:

Step 4.   You can make the Options Form a Favourite:
