Create a Web Link to to a Document (file) that is not physically in the Document Directory or its sub-folders.

The link must be a valid web address like this:
https://conquestwebsitelive.blob.core.windows.net/public/logo.png

For security reasons, network paths are not allowed. See version 3.0400.8 details
