Configure Risk as follows:
Step 1. Determine the system wide Consequences of Failure and their scoring systems
Step 2. Create the scoring systems in the Code Editor. See Codes for details
Step 3. Create the Consequences of Failure, in the Code Editor, allocating them a scoring system and a weight to be used in the calculation of Criticality
Step 4. Setup the Risk Criticality and Risk Summary Code Sets in the Code Editor. See Codes for details
Step 5. Make the range of the point scores for the Risk Summary Code Set, large enough for the Risk Summary to cover the Probability of Failure
