Consequences of Failure are a component of the Conquest Risk module. Provided that a current Risk licence is installed, Consequences of Failure are available in the Knowledge Base, Editors.
Consequence of Failures are system wide parameters used to score the consequences of a Risk Event. All Risk Events have the same Consequences of Failure.
A Consequence of Failure consists of:
•A Description
•A Code Set for scoring
•A Weight. The weights are used to calculate a weighted average of the Consequences of Failure. The weighted average of the Consequences of Failure for a Risk Event is its Risk Consequence.
A multiplier is provided to convert the Risk Consequence to a Risk Cost.
