Expense Streams are dependent on Cost Types, which are the lowest or root level of the Expense Stream explorer. There can be many levels of an Expense Stream family.
Expense Stream families get their sign from the Cost Type that they depend from. See the Cost Types Form.
To Add or Delete a Project, Expense Stream use the appropriate Toolbar button. Deleting an Expense Stream deletes it from all Scenarios that use it.
