Displays a list of Assets and valuation information for; Additions, Disposals and Revaluations over a set time period, as follows:
•Func Code (because the report is grouped by Function but could be Family Code or Type Code)
•Asset ID
•Asset Description
•Opening Cost refers to the previous value and should match the previous year’s Closing Cost. It is the Capital Value from the most recent valuation plus any additions at the Opening Date of the report
•Additions column refers to any new assets created using the Purchase or New Work actions during the reporting period.
•Revaluations is the movements in Capital Value as a result of the Revaluation process
•Adjustments is the manual adjustments made using the Journal process
•Indexations is the Capital Value as a result of the Indexation process
•Disposals is the financial year Disposals or Write-offs
•Closing Cost is the financial year closing balance
