This most important section, at https://www.conquest-solutions.com.au/support/, provides a Ticketing System to record pertinent details of an issue with any Conquest Product.

Although phone calls and e-mails are acceptable ways of communicating with the Conquest Support Team, they are not as reliable as the Ticketing System, which provides a documentation trail and attachments for the duration of an issue, so that any member of the Conquest Team can pick up a Ticket with all of its details and respond to it with minimal delay.

The Ticketing System generates e-mails to Customer and Support staff, for every comment and answer added to a Ticket.
