Relate to a Request

Relate a Request(s) to an Inspection as follows:

      A Customer Request is received and entered in Conquest and assigned to an Inspector to review:

      In Conquest III

      In CMTPC

      Existing Requests assigned to an Inspector are downloaded to CMTPC with the Inspection Program

      The Inspector visits the site of the problem, where they can:

      Record a new Defect Inspection and link it to a Request(s)

      Or, select one or more Requests and record a new Defect Inspection for them, with one or more Defects and Actions

      The Request is completed, when all its related Actions are completed
