Use the Logger to provide debugging data for Conquest Support, as follows:
• From the Help Menu click the Turn Logger On option, which creates a file of system details relating to the PC and CMTPC, with specific function point and timestamp information from CMTPC as it is used
• Go through your process in CMTPC where you have been experiencing problems have been run through
• From the Help Menu click the Turn Logger Off option
• Find the resulting file called “ConquestApplicationLog YYMMDDHHmmSS.log” (the underlined part is the date and time that the file was created), which is located at ‘C:\ProgramData\Conquest\Conquest Mobile TabletPC\Log\’
• Attach the file to an email for Conquest Support
