Log into Conquest as an Administrator:
•Click on the ‘Configuration’ expander bar in the Navigation Window
•Click on ‘Options’
•Scroll down to and expand the ‘User Fields’ section, which is for defining the Global data that applies to all Assets
•For the Text, Number, Date and Check fields you can enter a suitable label
•For the List Fields, you select a previously defined Picklist. See for details
•For the User Hierarchies, you select a previously defined Hierarchy
•You need to plan these well, as there are only a limited number
•Click Save
