How To Relate an Existing Request to an Action

This function is run from the Action form and allows any Request to be related to this Action.  There is a similar function on the Request Form.

•      Request Reference ID: - The exact Reference ID if known can be input here.

•      From/To: - If the exact reference id is not known then a date range can be input to produce a list to be selected from.
