How To Record a Defect on an Asset Inspection

While performing an Asset Inspection, you can record a Defect too, from the Asset Inspection Form, so that it is displayed in Conquest under that Asset Inspection (recommended).

•      Click the Defect Button in the Asset Inspection Form Header, to open the Defect Inspection Forms

•      Enter the Defect Inspection details. See How To do a Defect Inspection for details

•      You can relate one or more Requests to the Defect Inspection by selecting them in the Requests Manager tool. See How To Link Request(s) to an Inspection for details

•      Save the Defect Inspection, which returns you to the Asset Inspection form, as it was at the time you clicked the Defect button

•      Save and Confirm the Asset Inspection
