Occasionally, it may be necessary to ‘Clear a Download’ from a device. This may be necessary for a variety of reasons including:
• Broken device
• A download has been accidentally overwritten
To clear a download:
Step 1. Open the current list of inspections (Tools>Conquest Mobile>Clear Downloads)
Step 2. Select the download to be cleared. Downloads are identified by the machine to which they were downloaded along with the date and time of the download.
Step 3. Click ‘Clear’ once you are certain.
