The Office 2010 Administrative Template files from the Microsoft Download Centre to a Network Share available to the Active Directory Manager e.g. http://www.microsoft.com/en-AU/download/details.aspx?id=18968
Follow the instructions on the Web Page to Download and Install the version of the template files that is suitable for your Active Directory server.
From the Group Policy Management console drill down as per the following screen capture:
Right-click the “Office 2010 Settings” item and select “Edit”:
Which opens the Group Policy Object Editor:
Drill down as per the following screen capture:
Double-click “Trusted Location #1” to configure it:
Click “Apply” then “Next Setting” to configure the next location:
And so on. When all the locations are configured, close the management tools. Depending on network load the changes will quickly propagate out through the Active Directory.
