Functions

Functions are defined in a hierarchical structure with the Function Editor. Functions provide a way of grouping Assets for financial purposes, based on the Organisation’s General Ledger.

To add a new Function select an existing Function to be its parent, click the Add button then edit the new Function.

Field

Function Description

The Function name, which is displayed in the Function field on the Asset.

Function Code

The Conquest generated code number to determine the position of a Funtion in the Function Hierarchy.

User Field 1

A field for storing any user information desired.

User Field 2

A field for storing any user information desired.

Notes

A memo field for recording a large amount of text.
