Batch Rollback

Use Batch Rollback to select Assets that have been previously Processed with a Batch Utility, to reverse their transactions and reset their valuation status to the value of the most recent transaction prior to the Batch being rolled back.

Set the mandatory, runtime options as follows:

•      Expiry Date must be one of:

•      Ticked to revert to the Expiry Date as at the most recent transaction prior to the Batch being rolled back

•      Unticked to retain the current Expiry Date

•      Function must be one of:

•      Ticked to revert to the Function as at the most recent transaction prior to the Batch being rolled back

•      Unticked to retain the current Function

Things to be aware of:

Any transactions that have occurred on Assets affected by the Batch being rolled back, will be removed.

Any Actions that have occurred on Assets affected by the Batch being rolled back, will have their Completed flag switched off.

If the Batch Rollback results in all transactions that have occurred on Assets affected by the Batch being rolled back, being removed, then the Expiry Date and Function will retain their current settings.
