Asset User Field Labels

This section allows the Administrator to set the labels for the System User Fields for Assets.

System User Fields are available on all Assets regardless of their Asset Type. They are even available on Assets that have no Asset Type.

The fields are:

•      Eight (8) text

•      Two (2) number

•      Two (2) date

•      Two (2) check (logical)

•      Four (4) lists

•      Two (2) hierarchies. Please note that the first hierarchy (Sysuserhierarchy1) is specifically used as the Asset Priority. It is used when setting; response times in Standard Defects and Defect Inspection Frequencies for Asset Types.
