Asset Inspection Attributes Sets are used by Standard Inspections.
User Fields can be marked as mandatory, to ensure that they have an entry, when an Asset Inspection is saved.
In addition, each of the User Fields can have some descriptive or instructive test recorded for it, with the pointer over the Attribute Field, by clicking on the Notes Icon. This can be used to enter instructions or hints to the Inspector, when assessing the relevant item in an Inspection. The Attribute Set Editor highlights those fields, which have notes, with a blue, information icon as shown below.
