The Documents tab is where pointers to documents that contain related information for this asset are entered. Any type of file can be linked to an Asset because Conquest only records a pointer to that file. To view the file, click the view button. Viewing a document is dependent on the availability of the appropriate software to open the document.
The order of the documents in the list can be controlled using the buttons on the right of the list of documents.
If a photo or picture has been linked then a ‘Pictures’ tab will be added to the set of tabs for this asset.
