Bug Fixes

This release includes the following bug fixes:

•      Creation of Log Book Actions was not working

•      The Action Forecast table was missing repeatable actions, when the Forecast Date was changed

•      The view on Cyclic Actions for Conquest was missing some columns

•      Email and Full Name in the Accounts and Permissions form were not being saved
