ReferenceID (e.g. 2010-000009) must be a column of the import file. Any other Request column may then be included, excepting ArqID.
The name of the Requests table in the Data Dictionary Report is tblActRequest.
There is a System Option for Requests to always be assigned to someone is ‘Requests must be assigned to an Organisational Unit’. When True this means that if the AssignTo column is present it must have a positive integer value that is a foreign key to tblObs.OrgID.
